Stockport Labour want to thank all of our fantastic Candidates, members and activists for their help in the 2018 Local Elections across Stockport.

All our campaigns were hard fought, but fought positively, and all your efforts have come together to produce an excellent result for not just Stockport Labour, but the people of Stockport.

Finally and most importantly thanks to all who voted Labour yesterday. You should know your votes will make a real difference.

The result provides not only a positive endorsement for our record, but a mandate to build upon this.  Having retained a Labour Administration in Stockport, we can continue our work to strengthen services and communities despite the current tough times for Local Government.

Thanks to your help, we can keep working toward our vision of a growing economy that works for all in Stockport.
